Rainbow Trout

fillet your fish. (or in our case, butcher it)

Season your fillets with some lemon pepper. Heat up some butter and oil on a grill pan over medium high heat and throw those fishies on there.

Cook until opaque and easily flakable...(what color is opaque anyways?)

Enjoy the fruits of your labor!
