Here's the crust. The recipe says to weigh dough down with pie weights or rice for the first 10min of cooking, the stray rice makes for a nice touch. Also, I made a silly mistake and I used a springform pan which worked but didn't make for a pretty presentation. I knew to use a tart pan and I have the right size and everything, I just wasn't using my head. So if you don't have a tart pan a springform pan will do.

I buy pre shredded parmesan at Costco for convenience, price and bulk. I use a lot of parm so for me this is the way to go.

OK - yum - I have a bunch of zucchini and onions already sliced and diced and I was going to make zucchini pie but was missing a couple of the ingredients. I could do this instead though...
