Coach's Multi- Grain Pancake Mix

I love pancakes made from scratch but I still always have a mix on hand for "THOSE" kinds of mornings and or evenings. I got this mix at Costco and I love it! especially with butter and some Mrs. butterworth syrup. Normally I use REAL maple syrup, like in my oatmeal and stuff but sometimes you just can't resist Mrs. butterworths and her high fructose corn syrup, mmmmmmmm. Now these here pancakes are filling, two just about does it for me. Even wee little Ryder likes em'...parker too! I might stop buying this tasty mix considering I just bought 300 pounds of wheat at the cannery on Friday. I'm only 1200 pounds short of a year supply for a family of 5 :)! At least I'm trying! I'm going to need to start using this wheat so I need to find as many good recipes as possible that uses whole wheat. I haven't found a whole wheat pancake recipe that I LOVE. I'm still searching. If you've got one, I want it! Provident living now says if wheat is stored properly it can be stored for 30+ years! It used to be 20. I buy the "white wheat" it's lighter and in my opinion better than red, The pancake mix above has white wheat in it (because it's awesome)
