This spinach and mushroom tart with caramelized onions and goat cheese was AWESOME! Darcy doesn't like mushrooms and onions aren't his favorite either but he devoured this tart! 

Personaly I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese but it didn't bother me one bit on this. Suprisingly filling too.
