Lemony Shrimp with white beans and couscous

I've never been a fan of shrimp. There's just something about the texture that creeps me out. Darcy on the other hand loves shrimp and seeing that I love him, I decided to make him a shrimpy dinner for the first time EVER! It was SO GOOD! This shrimp dish is super fast, easy and delish. I Highly recommend this!
