I surprised Darcy with his FAVORITE dessert ofcremebrulee. It was my first time making it and it was super easy and sooooo good! As you can see I didn't have adequate sized ramekins so I used glass bowls instead.
Wife, mother of 4, LOVE to create meals for my family...even with a baby attached to my hip! Few of the recipes posted are my own, but I've made them all and hope you'll get some good ideas! ENJOY!

I tend to not fuss over presentation. Not that I'm against it, I'm usually just to hungry to garnish and make the dish look presentable. It's lucky I get a picture and the pictures I do get are CRAPPY!
